Customized products (custom logo, custom color, custom size) are not eligible for free return or refund, unless there is factory quality defect. - Defective & Damaged Products
If you receive defective, broken, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos.
We offer free replacement, full refund or partial compensation according to the actual situation. - Return Shipping Fee
Quality problem: We cover return shipping cost.
Customer personal reason return: Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. - Refund Processing
